Our Process

We keep things simple, structured, and transparent so you can enjoy the design process without stress.

Step 1: Onsite Consultation

We begin with an in-person consultation at your home in Bardon. This session includes a 2-hour walk-through to understand your needs, preferences, and how your space is used. The consultation is $495 (including GST) and includes travel.

Step 2: Scope & Fee Proposal

Based on your project size and complexity, we’ll provide a clear breakdown of services, estimated timeframes, and fixed pricing so there are no surprises.

Step 3: Concept Presentation

We return to present the design vision — including colour palettes, layout options, material samples, and suggested furnishings. You’ll have time to review and provide feedback before we finalise selections.

Step 4: Delivery & Styling

Once the design is locked in, we coordinate suppliers, manage deliveries, and oversee the installation of furniture and decorative items. From large furnishings to final styling, we’re with you every step of the way.
